Margherita® Prosciutto, Genoa Salami and Gorgonzola Figs

Art comes to life in this beautiful, divine appetizer featuring black mission figs, delectable prosciutto, robust salami and gorgonzola cheese.


  • 8 slices Margherita® prosciutto
  • 4 slices Margherita® Genoa salami
  • 4 black mission figs
  • 4 ounces sweet gorgonzola cheese
  • for garnish Flat Leaf Parsley


  1. Fold and arrange 2 slices of Margherita® prosciutto and 1 slice of Margherita® salami on each serving plate in a circular shape.
  2. Cross cut the figs half way down from the top and place on center of salami with a little gorgonzola cheese next to each fig.
  3. Cup each slice of salami around the fig and gorgonzola cheese.
