12 thin wedges of seeded cantaloupe or honeydew melon
12 thin slices Margherita® Prosciutto
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze*
Chopped fresh sage and sage sprigs (optional)
*If not available, substitute a good aged balsamic vinegar.
Arrange folded prosciutto attractively over melon wedges placed on a serving platter. (May be chilled up to 1 hour before serving). Drizzle glaze over all or spoon decoratively around edges of serving platter.
Sprinkle chopped sage over melon and garnish platter with sage sprigs if desired.
